So, there I was at Target, the retail wonderland where dreams come true.
Or at least, where you can get everything from groceries to a new wardrobe.
I was on a mission to find a birthday gift for my kid, but as always, Target had other plans for me.
Have you ever noticed how Target has this magical ability to make you buy things you didn’t know you needed?
I mean, I walked in for a doll and walked out with a new coffee maker, some seasonal decor, and a set of fancy notebooks.
Which got me thinking...
How does Target do it?
How do they create this insatiable demand for things we didn’t even know we wanted?
